Site Contracts Lead

Job Summary

To support the Regulatory Submissions and Contracts team, the full-time remote Site Contracts Lead will oversee all site contracts during investigator site negotiations, ensuring quality and compliance while collaborating with various stakeholders to meet study timelines and deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site contract negotiations and ensure quality by reviewing language and budget changes requested by investigator sites
• Establish and tailor contract templates for new studies, confirming suitability with sponsors and local country experts
• Proactively identify and mitigate site contract and budget-related risks while collaborating with internal teams and clients

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in legal studies or life sciences; law degree preferred
• At least 2 years of legal experience with global contract language and budget negotiations, preferably in clinical studies
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO)
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and FDA Guidance Documents
• Ability to effectively manage time and project requirements in a fast-paced environment
