Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Contracts Manager to oversee contract negotiations and compliance for clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt global agreement templates for local use and negotiate clinical site budgets
• Serve as the primary point of contact with Legal and track the status of agreements throughout the study
• Ensure compliance with company policies and timely execution of all contracts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience negotiating contracts for Clinical Study Agreements
• College qualifications or a Bachelor's degree relevant to the role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, including track changes functionality
• Experience with maintaining contract integrity and compliance
• Knowledge of Fair Market Value in clinical budgeting
