Site Contracts Manager

Job Summary

Managing global site contracts, the full-time Site Contracts Manager will oversee the drafting and negotiation of Confidentiality Agreements (CDA) and Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA), while also managing department personnel and maintaining contract metrics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate CDAs and CTAs, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and maintaining contact with investigational site staff
• Manage and develop department personnel, including performance evaluations and training efforts
• Maintain study-specific metrics and coordinate with Clinical Operations for timely contract completion

Required qualifications

• Associate degree
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical site contract processing or management
• Proficiency in Microsoft software systems and contract management tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of contracts
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and customer service orientation
