Site Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Development Manager (Contract) to oversee installation and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee contract installation service providers and supplier management
• Ensure compliance with insurance and licensing requirements, and validate contractor approvals
• Prepare and present contractor activity reports and manage project scope changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract labor management or construction, preferably in telecommunications
• Strong understanding of contract labor terms and financial/legal concepts
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Experience in negotiating and coordinating activities with multiple resources
