Job Summary
A company is looking for a Site Enablement Specialist to enhance client experience and optimize product usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Customer Experience by collaborating with Implementation and CSM teams for client onboarding and ongoing support
- Analyze client usage data with the Data Analytics team to identify underutilization and improve client experience
- Engage directly with clients to provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and promote best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience in customer support, training, or consulting roles
- Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data
- Familiarity with clinical research processes and software solutions (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
