Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Enablement Specialist to enhance client experience and optimize product usage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Customer Experience by collaborating with Implementation and CSM teams for client onboarding and ongoing support
  • Analyze client usage data with the Data Analytics team to identify underutilization and improve client experience
  • Engage directly with clients to provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and promote best practices
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience in customer support, training, or consulting roles
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data
  • Familiarity with clinical research processes and software solutions (preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
