Job Summary

To support the Customer Experience Department, the full-time remote Site Enablement Specialist will manage client onboarding, analyze usage data to enhance client experience, and provide expert guidance on CRIO's products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support seamless onboarding and ongoing client support in collaboration with Implementation and Customer Success Management teams
  • Analyze client usage data with the Data Analytics team to identify underutilization and develop enhancement strategies
  • Engage directly with clients to troubleshoot issues and promote best practices for utilizing CRIO products
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience in customer support, training, or consulting roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
  • Familiarity with clinical research processes and software solutions (preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
