Job Summary
To support the Customer Experience Department, the full-time remote Site Enablement Specialist will manage client onboarding, analyze usage data to enhance client experience, and provide expert guidance on CRIO's products.
Key Responsibilities
- Support seamless onboarding and ongoing client support in collaboration with Implementation and Customer Success Management teams
- Analyze client usage data with the Data Analytics team to identify underutilization and develop enhancement strategies
- Engage directly with clients to troubleshoot issues and promote best practices for utilizing CRIO products
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience in customer support, training, or consulting roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
- Familiarity with clinical research processes and software solutions (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
