Site Installation Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of HVDC & Substation Projects, the full-time Site Installation Manager will manage mechanical and electrical high voltage installation activities on construction sites, leading a team of supervisors and coordinating with site management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the EHS Plan and ensure compliance with safety protocols during installation activities
• Implement quality control measures and manage nonconformities in collaboration with the Site Quality Team
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical installation activities, manage interfaces with subcontractors, and resolve technical issues on-site

Required qualifications:

• Technical education in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in large-scale HVDC, substation, or power generation projects
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in electrical installation works
• Strong health and safety mindset with the ability to enforce safety standards
• Proven interpersonal and leadership skills for effective team management and communication
• Willingness to work on construction sites and a proactive approach to problem-solving
