Job Summary

To support clinical trial initiatives, the full-time Site Management Associate will manage site activities, ensure compliance with protocols, and facilitate communication among stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site management activities to ensure adherence to clinical trial protocols
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between sites and internal teams
• Monitor site performance and compliance, addressing any issues that arise

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience in clinical trial management or site monitoring
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in using clinical trial management systems and tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
