Site Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing all site activities from mobilization to closeout, the full-time remote Site Manager will ensure compliance with safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards while leading a team and managing relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site activities and represent the project to customers, partners, and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and manage the implementation of the Daily Management System
• Monitor subcontractor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering
• 15 to 20 years of execution experience in the construction field
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role as a Site Manager
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance
• Experience in managing site teams and subcontractors effectively
