Site Merchandising Coordinator

Job Summary

To support promotional initiatives, the full-time Site Merchandising Coordinator will execute and coordinate promotional experiences on Torrid.com, managing promotional content, navigation updates, and ensuring timely launches in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute promotional site updates in Salesforce for mobile/web and App, ensuring accuracy and customer focus
• Build and maintain promotional product sorts and category assortments to support campaigns
• Perform comprehensive QA before and after launches, validating promotional messaging and customer experience across platforms

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, Site Merchandising, or a related field
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or Jira preferred
• Experience performing website QA and validating digital customer experiences
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
