Job Summary
Responsible for executing and coordinating promotional experiences across Torrid.com, the full-time remote Site Merchandising Coordinator will manage promotional site updates, build product assortments, and ensure timely launches of promotional content.
Key responsibilities
- Execute promotional site updates in Salesforce for mobile/web and App, ensuring accuracy and customer focus
- Build and maintain promotional product sorts and category assortments to support campaigns
- Perform comprehensive QA before and after launches, validating promotional messaging and customer experience across platforms
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, Site Merchandising, Digital Merchandising, or Retail Operations
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or Jira
- Experience performing website QA and validating digital customer experiences
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
