Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Site Merchandising Manager, the full-time remote position will manage site merchandising execution, coordinate new product launches, and oversee promotional initiatives on Wisp's DTC telehealth platform.
Key responsibilities
- Own site merchandising execution across homepage, category, and product pages to maintain promotional accuracy and high customer experience
- Lead end-to-end execution for new product launches, coordinating with various teams for page creation and launch readiness
- Manage the e-commerce intake queue, supporting prioritization of site enhancements and maintaining visibility into timelines and status
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, growth operations, or site management, preferably in DTC environments
- Hands-on experience managing site updates within a CMS or e-commerce platform, with a focus on QA or UAT processes
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent launches and align stakeholders effectively
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams, translating execution needs into clear requirements
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting e-commerce performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
