Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Operations Analyst to support day-to-day operations of digital tools and guest-facing experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor dashboards and guest feedback, escalating issues to appropriate teams
  • Triage incoming tickets and track issues through resolution
  • Analyze reports and provide insights on performance metrics and user feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in digital operations, eCommerce, or technical support
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms and user experience
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow) is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
