Detail-oriented and process-driven, the full-time Site Operations Coordinator will manage site updates, product launches, and promotions remotely, ensuring accuracy and quality in the eCommerce experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own the execution and quality assurance of product launches, SKU updates, and merchandising changes
- Manage site promotions, pricing updates, and content changes while maintaining the site operations calendar
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, test, and maintain new site features and functionality
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce operations, site merchandising, or a related role
- Hands-on experience managing content within eCommerce platforms, specifically Shopify
