Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the global site operations team, focusing on customer success and member vetting
• Ensure precise execution of site merchandising features in collaboration with Product and Brand Services
• Continuously monitor site performance, addressing issues within defined service levels

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in site operations or platform operations with direct people management experience
• Strong understanding of ecommerce or marketplace platforms and related workflows
• Experience managing operational SLAs and KPIs with a proven track record of performance improvements
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Highly organized and process-oriented with experience in building operational structures
