Job Summary

- Ensure precise execution of site merchandising features in collaboration with Product and Brand Services
- Continuously monitor site performance, addressing issues within defined service levels
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in site operations or platform operations with direct people management experience
- Strong understanding of ecommerce or marketplace platforms and related workflows
- Experience managing operational SLAs and KPIs with a proven track record of performance improvements
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized and process-oriented with experience in building operational structures
