Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Site Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in site operations or platform operations with direct people management experience
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce or marketplace platforms and related workflows
  • Experience managing operational SLAs and KPIs with a proven track record of performance improvements
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized and process-oriented with experience in building operational structures
