Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Payment Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities:

Review monthly site earnings for accuracy and completeness, ensuring they match site contracts
Create and communicate monthly site earnings reports and bills
Track site earnings, initiate weekly payments, and perform study reconciliations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting
At least 2 years of experience in clinical research or a Contract Research Organization (CRO) setting
Experience with NetSuite and interpreting Clinical Trial Agreements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Salesforce, and databases
Good customer relationship and teamwork skills
