Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Planner.

Key Responsibilities

Complete lot fit requests and site plan redraws as assigned
Set up preliminary site plans from surveys or plats on AutoCAD
Support the New Home Starts department as needed

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Computer Drafting or Design preferred
At least 1 year of experience in basic drafting methods and AutoCAD
Basic knowledge of Architectural Language pertaining to residential construction
Demonstrated computer skills, including AutoCAD and MS Office products
Ability to read blueprints, surveys, and Metes & Bounds descriptions
