Site Planner II

Job Summary

Completing final site plans and reviewing title commitments, the full-time Site Planner II will support the New Home Starts department while working remotely and ensuring compliance with design standards and community guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Complete and review final site plans and title commitments
• Set up preliminary site plans using AutoCAD based on surveys or plats
• Maintain quality and accuracy of all drawings and assist with redraws and lot fits as needed

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Computer Drafting or Design preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in basic drafting methods and AutoCAD
• Basic knowledge of Architectural Language related to residential construction
• Ability to read blueprints, surveys, and Metes & Bounds descriptions
• Demonstrated computer skills with AutoCAD and MS Office products
