Site Reliability Analyst

Job Summary

To support a large-scale enterprise performance analytics platform, the contract Site Reliability Analyst will remotely manage system maintenance, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure operational excellence through performance engineering until April 2027, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Capacity Management environment, performing operational monitoring and system health checks
• Troubleshoot performance issues and assist customers with root cause analysis of system and application concerns
• Design and support a production monitoring and analytics platform in a Docker/Kubernetes environment while ensuring high availability and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Linux/Unix administration experience, including system build and deployment
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise production applications
• 3+ years of container platform administration experience (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Proven experience in troubleshooting performance issues in distributed production environments
• Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus
