Site Reliability Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on automation and AI enablement, the full-time salaried Site Reliability Automation Engineer will identify high-leverage opportunities, build automated workflows, and drive reliability practices in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyze opportunities for automation and efficiency by embedding with Solutions and Operations Engineers
• Engineer end-to-end automated workflows using Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD tools
• Enable safe deployment of AI tools and practices across the team, ensuring compliance and security

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SRE, platform engineering, or DevOps roles, preferably in regulated environments
• Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Bicep
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, particularly Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, and a general-purpose programming language
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation, including deploying LLM-powered workflows in enterprise settings
