Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the Technical Director's team, the remote Site Reliability Engineer will enhance reliability engineering, cloud operations, and service delivery for enterprise healthcare platforms, focusing on monitoring, automation, and incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Site Reliability Engineering activities across platform services and cloud environments
• Maintain service reliability, availability, and performance by following established operational procedures and engineering standards
• Develop automation scripts and assist with CI/CD processes for application and infrastructure delivery

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related technical role
• Foundational understanding of Linux systems and cloud infrastructure concepts
• Exposure to scripting or programming using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code concepts
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
