Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and troubleshoot networking problems within the Linux-based networking stack
- Monitor the performance of the networking infrastructure using Prometheus and Grafana
- Build software tools to automate analytical tasks and workflows for improved efficiency and reliability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with L7 traffic management technologies such as envoy, haproxy, or nginx
- Proficiency in coding languages including Python, Perl, R, Java, or SQL
- Knowledge of networking technologies like routing, firewall, and DNS
- Experience with Linux systems and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Jenkins
