Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer - Postgres.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high availability Postgres architectures using tools like Patroni and Stolon
• Build and enhance automated failover and recovery workflows to reduce downtime
• Create and manage incident response playbooks for Postgres-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Postgres database management and high availability architectures
• Proficiency in diagnosing replication lag and tuning synchronous standby setups
• Knowledge of automated recovery workflows and disaster recovery testing
• Familiarity with monitoring replication topologies and ensuring data integrity
• Ability to work collaboratively with platform and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability
