Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and internal environments
• Maintain and enhance existing internal R&D tools, ensuring their effectiveness and reliability
• Lead incident management and root cause analysis processes to prevent future issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Support Engineer, Systems Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar role
• Solid understanding of Windows Server environments and IIS configuration
• Proficiency with .NET framework applications and Microsoft SQL Server administration
• Familiarity with scripting and IaC languages, such as PowerShell and Terraform
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
