Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the operational reliability and scalability of the program within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners, engineering teams, and vendors to ensure a seamless and secure user experience
• Triage platform-wide issues and coordinate incident responses

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in systems engineering, platform support, DevOps, or site reliability roles
• Strong familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, especially BigQuery, Cloud Logging, IAM, and Service Accounts
• Proven experience supporting third-party SaaS platforms in an enterprise environment
• Comfortable debugging logs, analyzing query performance, and writing or tuning SQL in BigQuery
• Experience with triaging platform-wide issues and coordinating incident response
