Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer III.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and designs deliverables to resolve complex problems and technical design gaps
• Leads improvement initiatives to enhance global reliability of systems, including capacity planning and performance improvements
• Provides guidance to junior team members and recommends best practices for reliability and resiliency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 1 year of experience
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Proficiency in programming and scripting, as well as infrastructure as code
• Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and implementing service level agreements (SLAs) and objectives (SLOs)
