Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve incidents related to RPC interfaces and blockchain nodes
• Monitor system health and performance, using dashboards and logs to detect issues early
• Maintain troubleshooting guides and incident records, and assist with deployments and migrations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Tech Support, SRE, or DevOps role
• Strong understanding of API protocols: JSON-RPC, REST, WebSocket, GraphQL, gRPC
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Grafana and Loki
• Hands-on experience with Envoy Proxy for debugging traffic and routing issues
• Proficient in scripting with Bash and Python
