Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of their systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve alerting for anomalies, latency regressions, and reliability risks
• Investigate performance bottlenecks and lead incident response efforts
• Support security and compliance initiatives while participating in on-call rotations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience in a B2B, SaaS company
• Strong experience operating production systems in cloud environments, ideally AWS
• Hands-on experience with serverless compute patterns, containerized services, and Postgres
• Solid understanding of observability tooling and performance debugging
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
