Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer III to build and maintain infrastructure for reliable software deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain highly available systems using various technologies
• Maintain and extend a large Terraform codebase while automating manual systems
• Drive incident response best practices and collaborate on architectural decisions

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in computer science or a related field, or relevant experience
• At least 5+ years of experience, with 3+ years supporting production systems
• Strong interest and experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code
• Experience with Terraform/OpenTofu and exposure to a major cloud platform
• Practical experience with various types of datastores and strong computer science foundation
