Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer IV to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of their personal emergency response system.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and improve scalable, reliable cloud and on-premises software infrastructure
Build and maintain availability and performance monitoring tools
Troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis of operational incidents

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a related role
Experience with Microsoft development stack (Windows, SQL Server, IIS, .NET)
Experience with Azure cloud platform
Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Shell, etc.)
