Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain observability and automation features for cloud-based government systems
• Deploy and utilize system and platform observability tools, identifying cost and performance bottlenecks
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with peer engineering teams to improve product quality and reliability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience
• 3 years of experience with data structures, database management, distributed computing, and API-driven architectures
• 1 year of experience with DevSecOps tools and processes
• 1 year of experience in software architecture and design
• MUST be eligible for a Secret clearance and a Common Access Card (CAC)
