Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer I to support the stability and operations of its infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer-affecting issues and manage technical problem resolutions
• Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and ensure incident management processes are followed
• Document processes and automate daily operational tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in a technical role
• Knowledge of Sysadmin and Linux skills
• Strong analytical thinking abilities
• Familiarity with network cabling, classification, and topology
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
