Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Site Reliability Engineer, a full-time position focused on enhancing platform reliability and performance through automated solutions, collaboration, and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of production services on Heroku and AWS
• Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) while optimizing application and database performance
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and implement security best practices

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Site Reliability, DevOps, or related roles managing infrastructure
• Deep experience with Heroku and AWS applications
• Proven skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions
• Strong coding skills, particularly in a Ruby on Rails environment
