Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operational management, including incident management
• Experience in designing and implementing application monitoring for reliability and performance
• Proficient in enterprise environment solutions, including Windows and Linux servers, and public cloud platforms
• Familiarity with data formats and scripting languages such as JSON, YAML, Bash, and PowerShell
• Experience in defining service level indicators and objectives in collaboration with various teams
