Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Site Reliability Engineer, a full-time position responsible for enhancing platform reliability and performance, collaborating with engineering teams, and managing infrastructure on Heroku and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve issues in production services while defining and tracking Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
• Optimize application and database performance, refactor code, and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and implement security best practices

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related roles
• Deep experience managing applications on Heroku and AWS
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions
• Strong coding skills, particularly in a Ruby on Rails environment
