Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Site Reliability Engineer, a full-time position responsible for enhancing platform reliability and performance through automation and collaboration with the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of production services on Heroku and AWS
• Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and optimize application and database performance
• Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and participate in an on-call rotation for production incidents

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related roles
• Deep experience managing applications on Heroku and AWS
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically Terraform
• Strong coding skills and experience in a Ruby on Rails environment
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools like New Relic or Sentry
