Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and provide strategic advice and designs throughout the software lifecycle

• Collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate operational issues, ensuring seamless customer experiences

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in mainframe modernization
• 10+ years of operational management experience, including incident management
• Experience in application monitoring design and implementation
• Solution and design experience in enterprise environments, particularly with mainframe technologies
• Expertise in job scheduling tools and performance management tools
