Job Summary

Site Reliability Engineer, a full-time position focused on ensuring reliability and innovation in information systems, analyzing business needs, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability and resiliency of information systems and ecosystems
• Analyze business needs and provide strategic advice throughout the software lifecycle
• Implement cutting-edge tools to enhance operations and improve system reliability

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operational management, including incident management
• Experience in designing and implementing application monitoring for reliability and performance
• Proficient in enterprise environments including Windows, Linux, UNIX, and cloud platforms
• Experience with data formats and scripting languages such as JSON, YAML, Bash, and PowerShell
• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred
