Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Site Reliability Engineer, responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of production services, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with the engineering team, in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve issues for production services on Heroku and AWS
• Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and optimize application performance
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline improvements and maintain infrastructure using Terraform

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Site Reliability, DevOps, or related fields
• Deep experience with Heroku and AWS applications
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions
• Strong coding skills and experience in Ruby on Rails environments
