Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Site Reliability Engineer, a full-time position responsible for enhancing platform reliability and performance by solving infrastructure challenges and automating solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of production services on Heroku and AWS
• Define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and optimize application and database performance
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve CI/CD pipelines and implement security best practices

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Site Reliability, DevOps, or related roles
• Deep experience with Heroku and AWS
• Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions
• Strong coding skills, particularly in Ruby on Rails environments
