Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Site Reliability Engineer, seeking an experienced professional for a full-time remote position to ensure the availability and performance of large-scale distributed systems while applying software engineering principles to infrastructure and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and refine service-level objectives (SLOs) and service-level indicators (SLIs) for critical services
• Lead incident response and resolution for production issues, ensuring effective post-incident reviews
• Design and implement monitoring, logging, and tracing strategies for actionable system visibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of SRE, DevOps, or production engineering experience with large-scale distributed systems
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java for automation and tooling
• Hands-on experience operating Linux at scale and managing Kubernetes and container-based workloads
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK/EFK
