Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Site Reliability Engineer, a full-time position focused on enhancing platform reliability and performance through automated solutions and collaboration with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of production services on Heroku and AWS
• Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and optimize application and database performance
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline improvements and maintain infrastructure using Terraform

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related roles
• Deep experience managing applications on Heroku and AWS
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically Terraform
• Strong coding skills, particularly in Ruby on Rails environments
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools like New Relic or Sentry
