Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Site Reliability Engineer, responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of production services while working remotely in a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of production services on Heroku and AWS
• Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and optimize application and database performance
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and implement Infrastructure as Code best practices

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Site Reliability, DevOps, or related roles
• Deep experience managing applications on Heroku and AWS
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform
• Strong coding skills and experience in a Ruby on Rails environment
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools
