Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Site Reliability Engineer, seeking an experienced professional for a full-time remote role to ensure the availability and performance of large-scale distributed systems while applying software engineering principles to infrastructure and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and refine service-level objectives (SLOs) and indicators (SLIs) for critical services, driving engineering decisions
• Lead incident response for production issues, ensuring effective post-incident reviews and improvements
• Design and implement monitoring and logging strategies to provide actionable visibility into system behavior

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of SRE, DevOps, or production engineering experience with large-scale distributed systems
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java for automation and tooling
• Hands-on experience operating Linux at scale and managing Kubernetes and container workloads
• Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and CI/CD pipeline design
