Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Site Reliability Engineer, this full-time position focuses on applying software engineering principles to enhance the reliability and performance of production services on Heroku and AWS, while collaborating with the engineering team to build automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of production services
• Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and optimize application performance
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline improvements and maintain infrastructure using Terraform

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Site Reliability, DevOps, or related roles
• Deep experience managing applications on Heroku and AWS
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically Terraform
• Strong coding skills and experience in Ruby on Rails environments
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools
