Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Site Reliability Engineer, responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of large-scale distributed systems in a full-time remote role, applying software engineering principles to enhance operational reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and refine service-level objectives (SLOs) and indicators (SLIs) for critical services
- Lead incident response and resolution for production issues, ensuring effective post-incident reviews
- Design and implement monitoring and logging strategies for actionable visibility into system behavior
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Five or more years of SRE, DevOps, or production engineering experience
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java
- Hands-on experience operating Linux at scale and managing Kubernetes workloads
- Experience with observability tooling such as Prometheus and Grafana
