Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Site Reliability Engineer, responsible for enhancing platform reliability and performance in a full-time remote position, utilizing software engineering skills to solve infrastructure challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Share responsibility for the health and performance of production services on Heroku and AWS
• Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and optimize application performance
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline improvements and maintain infrastructure using Terraform

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Site Reliability, DevOps, or related roles
• Deep experience managing applications on Heroku and AWS
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically Terraform
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions
• Strong coding skills and experience in Ruby on Rails environments
