Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Focusing on ensuring the stability and resilience of a distributed platform, the full-time remote Site Reliability Engineer will define and implement SLIs/SLOs, lead incident response efforts, and enhance observability systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement SLIs/SLOs for critical services and lead incident response efforts
• Design and improve monitoring, alerting, and dashboards to enhance system observability
• Automate recurring operational workflows and build tools to reduce manual processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, Reliability Engineering, or Production Engineering
• Strong Linux systems and networking expertise
• Experience managing containerized production systems
• Proven incident response and postmortem leadership experience
• Strong scripting or programming skills
