Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) for a full-time remote position, who will ensure the availability and performance of large-scale distributed systems, lead incident response, and design effective monitoring strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and refine service-level objectives (SLOs) and service-level indicators (SLIs) for critical services, driving engineering decisions based on these metrics
• Lead incident response for production issues, conducting post-incident reviews to implement lasting improvements
• Design and implement monitoring and logging strategies to provide actionable visibility into system behavior

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of SRE, DevOps, or production engineering experience with large-scale distributed systems
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java for building automation and tooling
• Deep experience operating Linux at scale, including networking and performance tuning
• Production experience with Kubernetes and container-based workloads
