Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in Dynatrace, the full-time position will manage end-to-end monitoring and observability solutions for mission-critical applications and infrastructure in an onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage monitoring and observability solutions using Dynatrace
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Engineering teams to enhance system availability and operational efficiency
• Automate operational tasks and incident response workflows using scripting and automation tools

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Support roles
• Strong hands-on expertise with Dynatrace, including monitoring, alerting, and root cause analysis
• Solid understanding of observability, logging, and monitoring frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD
